Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.
• You must register using accurate and truthful information.
• You must not use the Platform if prohibited by law in your jurisdiction.

2. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.

3. Services Offered

The Platform provides:

• Access to opportunities, campaigns, internships, events, and workshops
• Tools for creators to connect their Instagram accounts via Meta authorization
• Payouts, incentives, and rewards for campaign completion
• Educational and community engagement features

Access to certain features may have additional eligibility requirements.

4. Campaigns, Internships & Opportunities

• Users must provide accurate submissions, insights, and data when participating.
• By participating, you authorize us to share your submissions, performance data, and relevant profile details with the brand/client managing that opportunity.
• All content submitted for campaigns and opportunities—including posts, screenshots, analytics, creative work, reports—may be used by us and the brand/client for campaign execution, evaluation, marketing, reporting, and other related purposes.
• The incentives, payments, or rewards given for participation serve as compensation for such usage.
• Incorrect, fraudulent, or incomplete submissions may result in disqualification or non-payment.

5. Creator Instagram Account Access

• Creators may link their Instagram account using Meta's OAuth authorization.
• By linking your account, you grant us access to your Instagram profile information, post insights, engagement metrics, and account analytics permitted by the Meta API.
• We do not access data beyond what you authorize.
• You may revoke access anytime through your Meta/Instagram settings.
• Misuse or falsification of insights is strictly prohibited.

6. Payments & Payouts

6.1 Payments to Users (Campaigns & Opportunities)

• Payments, rewards, and incentives will be made according to the payment date specified in the opportunity or campaign details.
• If a payment is delayed, we will notify the user with an updated timeline.
• The maximum deviation from the originally stated payment date will not exceed 20 days, except in cases of legal requirements, bank/UPI delays, force majeure, or circumstances outside our control.
• Users must provide correct UPI or bank account details. Any errors may delay or prevent payment.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, UPI networks, or payment processors.

6.2 Event & Workshop Payments

• Payments for events, workshops, or registrations are handled through third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, PayU).
• All such transactions are subject to the payment gateway's terms and policies.
• We do not store or process any payment card details.

7. Event Photos & Videos

• Events, workshops, and activities hosted or facilitated through the Platform may be photographed or recorded.
• By attending, you grant us full rights to use photos or videos captured at the event for marketing, promotions, advertising, social media, and other commercial or non-commercial purposes.
• All media captured will be respectful and non-invasive.
• You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such media.

8. User Conduct

Users must not:

• Use the Platform for illegal or harmful activities
• Submit false, misleading, or manipulated information
• Harass or harm other users
• Attempt unauthorized access or security breaches
• Upload harmful code or content
• Misuse payouts, campaign rewards, or Platform resources

Violation may lead to account termination and legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, design, branding, features, and materials on the Platform are owned by us or our licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce Platform content without written permission.
• Content submitted by users for campaigns or events is governed by Sections 4 and 7.

10. Promotional Use

We may use the following for promotional and marketing purposes:

• Your profile photo
• Your name
• Your college
• Your creator statistics
• Public-facing profile details
• Campaign performance highlights
• Photos and videos captured at events

We will not use sensitive personal information (email, phone number, UPI/bank details).

11. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By using the Platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms
• You submit fraudulent or harmful content
• Required by law
• Platform misuse or security risks are detected
• The service is discontinued

Rights relating to campaign submissions, event media, and promotional use continue even after termination.

13. Disclaimers

• The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free functionality.
• We do not guarantee selection for campaigns or internships.
• Outcomes of opportunities depend on brands/clients, not us.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 6 months, or ₹1,000, whichever is lower.
• We are not liable for issues arising from third-party services (Meta platforms, payment gateways, banks, UPI networks).

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of laws or third-party rights
• Incorrect, false, or harmful submissions

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delhi.
• Users agree to attempt amicable resolution before initiating legal action.
